Question *confused*

I am starting legal action against my bank. I have to fill out the claim forms and drop them to my court on monday.

I need to put a figure down on my claim form as to how much im claiming.

My charges have not stopped and the figure is constantly changing. Also Nationwide have agreed to write off some of the money (which they have not done yet even though i have it in writing)

Right now i am -£236 over drawn.

Nationwide agreed to write off £220 (which they have not done yet and im assuming they are earning interest on the longer it is overdrawn at that amount)

Once the £220 gets paid in (if it gets paid in) that will leave me -£16 overdrawn.

Do i claim for the £236 even though there is a chance that £220 is gonna get paid off of it and future charges?

If i claim for future charges that will be racking up higher and higher as the legal process continues, how much am i supposed to write down that i am claiming for?
