Hungryhouse - Don't bother

Having been enticed by the 20% off on hungryhouse this evening we went to place an order at 8pm.
The link on moneysavingexpert has been broken.
Placed the order regardless. 1h50m later we still have no food and don't feel like eating.
The restaurant can't cancel the order because they have not taken payment, or should I say they can cancel the order but we will be charged anyway.
According to the restaurant they received the order at 9.18pm. According to hungryhouse "We ave (sic) experienced a technical issue. Our sincerest apologies".
They have a live chat option which doesn't work.
A shambles.
