Vouchers - Whats The Most You've Used At One Time?

Are these all coupons which are collected from the back of cereal packets and the like or do they also accept vouchers which can be printed off the internet?
It just seems too easy to print off a handful of internet vouchers take them to tesco and then stand at the till flicking through the ream of paper while deciding which coupons to use today!
Any you really just print money like this...0 -
I have never used the 'printed off the internet' vouchers.
I get a lot sent to me in the post, vouchers in free newspapers, magazines etc. I also collect any from friends and family that don't bother using them - their loss!

Yes unfortunately so can I.My advice would be not to try and push your luck too far with vouchers.
The one thing guaranteed to put a brake on acceptance is people pushing so many through the tills that the suppliers stop honouring them - to some extent this is happening at the moment, with previously quite lax shops cracking down. It's much easier for shops to say that you have to buy the item the voucher relates to than to set up some set of rules for the operators - in fact this is a relatively easy IT job if they choose to automate it - and I can see this happening. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I've only just started to feel brave enough to try and use coupons for items that I haven't bought. I've just been including a couple along with some for items that I have bought. So far all have been accepted without any quibbles or embarrassment.

Thanks to everyone on this board for being an inspiration and saving me a couple more quid a week. :-*

I once had 40 UKP of toilet roll voucher and bought a bar of cadbury's Bournville in Tesco's and got 39.40 in cash back from the woman on the till.
So, I said thanks and can I buy you a drink and a meal when you finish your shift. She said yes, and later we had a great time and I got a bonk out of it!!! We have just got married after a blissful 18 months of dating.
LOL ... only joking ;-)
I must say I admire your cheek everyone!0 -
Most of my coupons are the internet ones so I have to brazen it out whilst they go through the Asda checkout as a non scan item.
Usually get £5-10 off each week. Only go shopping once a week due to work commitments otherwise I'd be there every other day and get my shopping for virtually free.

i now keep a little book with the savings I have made each week to see how much all my MSE efforts are going to add up to. Have been doing coupons since late August and have saved over £70 so far ;D ;DNice to save.0 -
