Does ppi show on all credit card statements?

Options
I have Lloyds Mastercard and Lloyds American express which both show PPI on the monthly statements (had these for 6 yrs).

My question is this: I have a Barclaycard visa (31 years), Barclaycard Mastercard (19 yrs) and MBNA (5 yrs). They don't show PPI so do I assume they do not have PPI on?

Hello - if you have it on your account, it will show on all statements (unless you have a nil balance). It might be helpful to check though as some types of ppi may have a different name such as PPP. Any transactions charged by the card provider should be explained on the back of the statement.

    Hope this makes sense!

You presume right, if it isnt down on a seperate line on your credit card, then you don't have it.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

PPI is a transaction that increases the balance if you borrow money on the card (i.e. dont pay the full amount). It would appear on the statement either in the transaction list or where it tells how much interest you incurred. Either way, you cant miss it.
