I assume you are talking about a direct debit reference? It will just be a different bank account - they will have a No1 and No2 account.

So, do you have any insurance cover via Swinton Group?

    Who owes you £62?

    £17? What's that about?

    This is getting confusing.

asrepairs - please set out exactly what has happened, with whom and what you were expecting.

bozarus86 - open a thread of your own and do the same thing, then we all understand who is talking to whom.

    Ta.

  • Hi There,

I have also had the same thing todday. Checked my account and a credit to my bank account today for a sum of money. I have no clue what for.

I've done some research and spoken with Swinton who agree that it is something to do with them but no department could tell me why I have recieved the credit.

I have no policys with Swinton and haven't done for a number of years.

    Very odd.

If anyone has any further information on this much appreciated.
  • I also got a credit today of £65.71 from SGL NO 1 ACCOUNT

As far as I can see I have never had a policy of any kind with Swinton.
