Hi there,

I believe "SGL" stands for "Swinton Group Limited" and the No1 account I'm not sure about.

I had this turn up as a credit on my bank account today. Not sure what it is or why I've been credited.

so we are still no closer, why are they crediting peoples accounts with these sums of money?

Deposits taken where they should not?

Or deposits taken in advance and then forgotten about and still charged the full price?

I had to pull a company about this many years back. In the installments they took the deposit for next year but didnt like give that back.

Charged the full price again + another deposit.
