does anyone know of insurance that covers possibility of holiday company cancelling

due to lack of numbers?
i have 2 holidays booked next year with walking women who have been known to cancel holidays if not enough women book for them, they give the money back of course but you face losing the money for flights etc, and i am not sure if any insurance would cover this?
