claimed on my home emergency for slight leak in boiler, waited 5 days for part, part fitted, but 2 hours later bedroom and kitchen had water damage due to bigger leak, had 6 engineers out, still not fixed, ins only payed out for new carpet,i had to foot other repairs because of high access, its now 4 weeks, most of this without heat or hot water,3 different parts on boiler have been replaced, each one was a part that the engineer took off to sort boiler, not getting any joy, both over 60.so feel the cold a lot,i,m in ill health, could any one advise me who the responsibility is on to sort this out please, the engineers are all from same firm,no one is taking responsibility, each time its not working, enginear has to come out, check it,then send job estimate to ins, then they have to decide,so this has hapened 6 times
