After many years of problem free operation with TB, I now find that it keeps asking me for my password to get into my accounts.
As I have never had this before so I have forgotten my account details.
What is best way to reset accounts so that get my emails back?
My main email account is with hotmail which also appears to be having problems at present so there maybe some connection?

Visit the appropriate web site and click on the words "Can't access your account?"0 -
Found my old password is some old documentation. Put it into the dialogue box and emails were restored. No problems since but don't know the reason for the sudden askings of passwords!
