Also meant to say that I would love to go next year which was my original plan, but uni is over an hour away and I'm a single parent, with my youngest son being disabled I just don't think that I could juggle it all so have decided to wait a few years and try then x

Morning all

Still in pain and have been up since 3 this morning:mad: the pain stopped yesterday morning, then nothing until this morning, probably going to have to see if I can get into the emergency dentist this weekend or wait until Monday morning to see my own.

All kids were off yesterday because of the snow, got tyres done tho and the food shopping... Spent slightly more than intended as decided I wanted to try a fiscal fast until the end of the month:eek:it's going to be hard but I'm going to give it a try:)

So, day 1 of fiscal fast today...

Lunches: sandwiches
Dinner: chilli I think, ATM moment there is no way I can chew properly, I seriously struggled with a banana so I could take painkillers this morning:( chilli is pretty soft so thought it might be a good plan.

Other plans for today:

General housework
Washing and drying
Supervising Dd ironing her cub uniform (for home help badge)
Baking for tins
Trying not to cry from pain

Not much money left in my purse now and 12 days to go until the end of the month:eek: but tbh, I really haven't much I need to spend on. Will need to pay for parking next Thursday at the hospital and petrol but that's it. Trying to stay away from shops altogether.

Will try and do some study this weekend if I get a chance otherwise its back to it on Monday morning.

Morning. Third day of a 3am wake up. Couldn't get in to emergency dentists yesterday, in the end managed to get antibiotics from hospital plus some superduper painkillers. Hoping that by the end of the day the antibiotics will have started to do their thing.

Broke the fiscal fast on day 1. As I can't bite down or chew ATM, I nipped into sainsburys to get soup as its the only thing I can eat right now. I only had one frozen portion left in the freezer and so I needed to get some in x am starting again today. Not that bothered as these things can't be helped and I wasn't going to not eat.

Managed to do a bit of studying last night for about an hour.

Kids had pizza for tea again as it was quick and easy. Ice cream for pudding.

Few pennies in the pot after sainsburys.

Hope I can get a little sleep during the day today as really tired after three days of little sleep.

Up a little later this morning (5.15) did wake in the night but managed to go back off. Just taken some painkillers as still hurting but no where near as much as before. Jaw is a little swollen too:(

I am hoping the schools will all be back today as I need a break! I am going to get straight into studying this morning, then this afternoon, I need to pop into town to do various things that I didn't get done on Friday. I also need to get petrol today as I have college tomorrow.

Managed to bake some twinks yesterday, so have filled the tins for this week. Made a chilli for dinner for ds2, I couldn't eat it as still on soup, so froze the rest, 4 portions for the freezer:)

Might do gammon joint in slow cooker today for sliced meat for the week, plus I will need to think of something to cook the kids for tea, will probably be a simple meal as I had planned a roast, but not going to cook one if I can't eat it!!

Banking checked this morning, all good. 10 days left until the end of the month and managing ok so far.

Off to browse the site for a bit before the kids get up x

Morning all:)

No college for me today as face is still swollen and mouth still hurts a bit.

Managed to get quite a lot done yesterday though. Ticked lots off my list:)
Kids all went back to school no problems so gave me the day to get on.

Am now a little ahead with my uni studies which is great as takes the pressure off. Will be doing some today but have an appointment at 11am and need to Hoover the car as its going in for MOT tomorrow.

Banking done this morning as usual. Have updated spreadsheet with DD's that have gone out.

Will be checking the meal plan and seeing what's on the menu for tonight, have eaten most of the easy to cook stuff out of the freezer while I have been ill so will probably have to actually cook something decent today:eek:

DD has a club on after school, so I don't collect her until 4pm, which gives me another hour this afternoon.

Collected parcel from post office yesterday, which was a replacement DVD for my next OU course. Also posted ds3 DLA form and picked up a birthday present.

Today will be spent at home, although I am driving to school this morning as I need petrol so will go do that then come home.

Hope the tooth gets better jd soon, have you managed to get an appointment ? Glad the schools are back today I am going to take on the joys of ironing lol x
