Alcohol free Xmas

Mocktails are often the easiest way to go. I honestly can't taste the difference between many non-alcohol and alcoholic versions of the same drink. A nice virgin mojito is good (use fresh mint which you can buy in a pot at many supermarkets.)
If you do a quick google search you should be able to find plenty of recipes for mulled apple cider. In America they call hot spiced apple juice 'cider' and it makes a great non-alcoholic alternative to mulled wine.
EDIT : In fact here's and example http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/hot-mulled-cider-recipe/index.html0 -
Marks and Spencer do a lovely non-alcoholic mulled wine0

We have a family tradition of making vast quantities of home made lemonade on Christmas Eve. It's so delicious that a lot of the "drinkers" move on to it too!
Dead easy to make - only need lemons, water and sugar, and we keep it in jugs on the back door step where it chills nicely0 -
As the missus cannot drink alcohol anymore, there is a sense of gloom with the upcoming festivities but I don't want her to feel left out so I'm going booze free too.
I've heard of "Luscombe" alcohol free sparkling wine but can't seem to find any.
Does anyone know where it could be bought or have ideas for recipes for decent tasting alcohol free drinks? I do have some grenadine at home so I'm off to a start.

Very popular here in Devon, not sure if they are countrywide suppliers tho.'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'

All the major chains offer alcohol free wines and beers. The Sainsburys own label selections are very good, especially the Ros!, and they were on recently on offer at £5 for two bottles. Other standouts are the Sutter Home Fre Merlot from Asda (currently £2.88) and Torres Natureo at Waitrose (£4.79). The Eisberg wines at Morrisons are also very drinkable. I would avoid the Sorelle wines at Tescos -- nasty. Favourite beers are the Bavaria range, especially the Weiss beer. Although the online retailers offer some different wines and beers, they are comparatively expensive (and don't forget the shipping costs) and some of their wines are really unpleasant and not worth the money and the hassle.0
