Meat is now getting so expensive, so I would say a nice joint of lamb or beef, a bottle of wine and chocolate.
I would also miss a bottle of Cointreau at ChristmasBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

A decent joint for a roast.
It is what differentiates the weekend from weekdays for us as we are very time poor during the week and rely on quick often rather uninspiring meals or batch cooked things from the freezer that can be on the table with very minimum effort within 30 mins.Dont wait for your boat to come in 'Swim out and meet the bloody thing'0 -
