Exactly what it says on the tin.
Left the rubbish out this morning, came back today and the wheel on one of the bins is broken.....
Any ideas?

The wheels are usually just clipped on assumig its a wheelie bin, but if you cant get it back on properly ring the council?0

It's not "your" wheelie bin, it's the property of the council. As above, contact the council to get them to replace it.0

OP have a look to see if your council has the same policy regarding bins.I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.0 -
My local council replace grey/black bins for £30, if they have been damaged during emptying they replace free of charge.0

Who is your local council? Most will charge for a replacement bin, and as the link above shows, most bins remain the property of the local authority.davidlizard wrote: »Is that right?
