It says its no purchase necessary :)

No purchase necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free. Anyone not wishing to buy a Home Insurance Policy or submit their insurance and personal details online can enter the draw by posting, or delivering in person, details of their name and address on a plain piece of paper, stating month of entry and the draw to be entered, to: B&Q Prize Draw, Norwich Union, 154-156 Station Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5DW

I thought this a little ambiguous
    1. The free prize draws are open to customers that purchase a B&Q Home Insurance Policy from 29th March 2007 until 3rd August 2007, and B&Q customers that return the attached renewal date form by 3rd August 2007, who are 18 years or over and permanently reside in the UK (21 and over in the Channel Islands), other than employees of HFC Bank Ltd and B&Q PLC, their families, their agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
    2. Entry to the draw confirms you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    3. One entry to the prize draw will be made for customers who purchase a B&Q Home Insurance Policy between 29th March 2007 and 3rd August 2007, or who complete the online renewal date form by 3rd August 2007.
It implies that an online entry is only valid if you purchase???

Together we can make a difference.

The terms & conditions basically seem to be saying you can enter online if you purchase their insurance, or for a NPN entry send details of your name and address on a plain piece of paper, stating month of entry and the draw to be entered, to: B&Q Prize Draw, Norwich Union, 154-156 Station Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5DW

I read it as meaning that you can do a NPN entry by completing the form online with your renewal date
