Hi wonder if you could give some advice please. My children bought Fifa 13 for the Playsation and then spent an addtional £5.98 on some Fifa points. This was on the 5th October and dispite numerous e mails, telephone calls and online chats, the issue has not been resolved.
Would like to know if I can take this matter further now and if so who to. Feel that E A have shown that all they are interested in is getting peoples money and then providing no sort of customer relation/support whatsoever
Sorry spent £5.98 and the poiints were never received

So what is the question? What are you disputing? You say the issue hasn't been resolved, yet don't say what the issue is.

I think its probably the fact the online stuff still doesn't work right? In that you can't use the points?

I was in Game the other day, someone asked for FIFA13 and the first thing the shop guy said? 'you don't plan to play online do you? If so we do not recommend you buy it'.
