They are like most websites, using a script. They don't get someone to write a new form every time...just edit the script for the form in the back end. This means a chimp can run their site until something goes wrong , but also that things seldom do go wrong. Another bonus is that we get to see the same forms on many sites and they are easier to autofill because they all use the same code. IF they weren't like that any individual code may refuse Roboform and the like leaving us to manually enter. A pain.

Saying all that, why they don't simply test the forms before they make them live is beyond me, not as if it's a big thing to do is it? This is the chimp not doing what any self respecting web developer would always do...check their work,and in all popular browsers.
