Kent Reliance (KRBS) maturing 30th Dec

Hello
My KRBS ISA of around £27k will mature 30th Dec 2012 and go down to 2.3%. Is anyone else in same situation and where will your money go?
14 day cooling off period from 31st Dec and then 180 day penalty if you withdraw apparently.
I'm looking for somewhere with quick access as unfortunately I'll need to use it for a deposit within 12 months (even though I can comfortably afford mortgage..).

The links at the top of the page are a good starting point.

this thread should be in the The ISAs & Tax-free Savings Board !
the best option seems to be
First Trust Bank Cash ISA
2.75% for values £15k to £35k
Accepts transfers in and gives instant access
will take advantage of 3.1% rate from April for sums over £35k
It's a variable one which will be a first for me, am I able to transfer it again to someone else if they were to drop the rate say next month?
Bit confused why that link advertises West Brom variable ISA at 2.3%, I'm sure I'm missing something because why would anyone take that option or even the M&S one just because it's fixed.0
