Single Electric Storage Heater 80 % 27 pence £ 1.33 £ 136 £ 350 £ 250 There are efficiency issues with storage heaters, they heat at night and output in the day and you may not want the heat, so you may waste it.
They should define their efficiency.
In terms of converting electricity into heat, they are of course 100% efficient.
In terms of delivering the heat when required, they are les than 100% efficient.
Depends how the efficiency is defined and, of course, we are free to define it any way we like, contrary to what some think.0
