Hey you. You're doing really well - better than me. I've lost focus the past couplenof days but at least I haven't spent anything!!! Keep doing the 1% on Vanquis. You've motivated me to have a look for some mystery shopping sites xxDebt December 2012 - Approx £4070...
February 2013 £2784.640 -
I make all my families butties for the week and put them in the freezer ( if you have one) keeps everything fresh and I just take them out at night and let them defrost in the fridge.
You can't freeze some thihgs such as salad, eggs or onions but I freeze corned beef, cheese, chicken, ham, tuna.
Might be helpful to you?0 -
Thanks bluebag. I will look into it.
Today, I goofed up and had to spend cash. I got to the bus stop to get my first bus to work and realised my month pass was in my other jacket. I have to take two busses to get to work so 2 return tickets was £11.50. Money I didn't want to spend bur it was a neccesity not a want so I can justify it. Never mind though.
Other than that really not had any temptation to spend. Did think about looking on Amazon but deleted the app instead. Realised it was my kryptonite. Going to hunt through some old games tonight. Realised I have a massive collection that realistically never gets played. Maybe get some trade in deals at CEX or game. Might look into ebay and see what I can get. Problem is so many items the same. May have to do 99p listings. I will get p and p money. Best way to make a few quid I guess.
Other than that, going to do a NSD tomorrow.
Also, my first mystery shopper day is next week. Got my weeks mixed up. Doing it when I go for my x-ray and not too far from hospital. Kill 2 birds with one stone.Payday loan free!!!

I have been reading your thread and sorry to read about the problem with your pass / tickets.
Apologies if you have looked into this but is there any way you can obtain a refund? Of course you would need to produce both the tickets and pass and explain?
May be worth a try??

I know that if you forget a rail season ticket and have to buy a ticket for your journey you can claim back the price of the additional ticket, definitely worth enquiring to see if the same applies with the bus company.0

Does your local library offer free internet? Many do - worth checking out. Can read a newspaper there too.0 -

Thanks CW and TM. I am not sure. I binned the tickets before I saw this. I am going to chalk this down to me being stupid and learn to organise better. I will see if this is possible though for future reference.Payday loan free!!!

Yesterday, I finished work late. Meet my mate after and we talked about his relationship issues. It is kinda strange as I am the most useless person I know at relationships.
Bit it was getting on and by 21:30 hunger got the better of me so chips it was. I looked at how much it cost and thought "dam, thst is expensive." Spent £3.00 plus the othet pound I spent during the day. I wasn't angry as I needed food. I was speaking to him about finding a job and he told me he used to spend £10 a day at work for breakfast and lunch. Might as well take another mortgage out when you go Costa.
Eventually got to mine and asked why I bothered with making my own food. Eventually showed him what I was saying about cash, showed him what he was wasting when he worked and then he was like "I could paid flights/hotel to Jamaica with that."
Could of but didn't.Payday loan free!!!

I was really worried about logging in today knowing that tonight is the night I put a proper plan in order, but reading about mouldy bread has really cheered me up. I got to the last bite of my bagel on my lunch break today before seeing the mould! It's nice to know I'm not the only one. I was really enjoying it until then too!£11,673
finally owning up to my problems, battling to defeat my depression and my debt before it swallows me whole.
