365Electrical - That's The Way To Do It

I ordered an appliance from 365Electrical late Wedneday night. I was prompted to enter my postcode to select a delivery date. On doing so I could choose any Friday - no other days, just Friday. This suggests to me that their deliveries are regionalised.

Very efficient :money:.

I chose today and was informed that I could not book a time slot but that I would be emailed an allocated time, 24 hours prior to delivery.

Sure enough I received an email yesterday stating my slot was 09:00-11:00, giving me the driver's name (nice touch) and informing me that he would phone 30 minutes before arrival.

I got the call at 08:45 this morning, the van pulled up outside at 9:10 and the appliance was in my kitchen by 9:15.

Extremely well organised and I award them top marks.
