Hi there.
I am trying to do an AS level coursewrk for ICT. (for next Friday)
The bad news is, I dont have the slightest clue as to what I'm doing, other than I need to write a database on dvd rental shop, like "lovefilm." I need various links, etc, but even that I'm having trouble working out.
When you take into account how Microsot has the worlds biggest monopoly, it's little wonder, when you teach youngsters their software, with no alternatives ...although thats a different issue.
Could anyone give me some advice here? Get me on the right track perhaps?
I'd appreciate any replies.
JB.

Try doing a google for 'Microsoft Access Tutorial' there are many out there and there are various downloadable examples (including a 'video shop'). A couple of years back the comapnay I work for gave me two weeks to learn enough Microsoft Access to make significant changes to an existing system ... I had never even fired up Microsoft Access before that.

Try the sample databases option included with access.
File menu, new database and create one from the templates available.0 -
