A general procedure (the specifics depend on the hardware and software available to you)

    1. Write your signature using a thick black pen.
    2. Scan (use greyscale settings, 150dpi if you have the option)
    3. Save the scan as a .jpg or .jpeg
    4. Open MSWord
    5. Use Insert > Picture > from File.
    6. Browse to where you saved the .jpg in step 3. above, press OK
    7. Your signature should now appear as a graphic in the Word document.
    8. Choose Save As, in the Save dialog box that opens near the bottom, change the Save as Type to Web Page, and give it a meaningful name.

You should now have a web page (.htm) with your signature on it. You may need to rename the htm file to html, if that is what Notes recognises as a web page.
  • If you don't have a scanner use your digital camera - it will work just as well.

    Cheers
