There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

  • Had a nice wee relaxing day, the out-laws were out when we arrived but got a shock with who answered the door. BIL was there  :T I thought he was still in Afghan until March but he said something about pip/point/post ending and being back in England last week unexpectedly so now off on leave until the new year and then training new recruits until a position comes up over there again.
We had a nice lunch then went to Toscos for cookie mix, posted a few cards through letter boxes and then home where we've been watching carp on telly for the past 3 hours.
Now to butter some Veda and then wrap the last few prezzies and watch more carp on telly.

Tomorrow we will have a fry at 10 for breakfast and then veg soup, turkey, ham, mash, roasties, peas, carrots, sprouts, parsnips, stuffing and gravy and if we feel up to it Xmas pud or cake for the adults and hot cookie dough for DS.
Goodness, just writing all that makes me feel very ill _pale_

Went to As this afternoon. Wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. However, can anyone explain to me when it became social acceptable to shop in your dressing gown and pjs?? Is it really too much effort to get dressed? Looked like they'd not seen a washing machine for a few weeks too.
