I went shopping yesterday with DH. I'd planned on going reasonably early, treating ourselves to a bit of lunch and then being very indulgent by having an afternoon tea at a rather nice seafront hotel. I made a note of hotels tele number ready to book half an hour or so before our arrival.

But, we got what we went for and left pretty sharply!

Why oh why did I allow him to come with me, it's just no fun shopping with hubby in tow

I have a Victor Meldrew too.

I just donated to Mad and it went OVER £500 :j :j :j

Me and my nephew have been decorating one of my cakes :)

We had the most fun one could possibly have with the "photo booth" app on the pad. We had tears rolling down our faces. Just the sort of fun auntie I like to be :)

I didn't come up with many alcohol offers last week as I didn't do a more detailed check of this area in M. To correct this deficiency, I can now reveal the list below which details perhaps where best to buy specific brands and the manner in which to do so (e.g. on which comparison).
I haven't had time to put in the prices but hope to do so later. If you're after vodka, please see my earlier posts as I haven't transferred all that info. into here yet.

As many or some of us have preferred brands of these types of product, this should enable you to find the cheapest available option for the brand. The list has taken into account where 10% cheaper is avail. via A - for example, if A doesn't stock a particular pack size, but that pack size is at least 10% cheaper than the cheapest competitor to A on a pack size that A does stock, then's it been put on a Sains v T or T N/A in A list etc. Please note that the list only considers the prices of the 5 big stores - A, M, S, T and W. The list excludes Scotland, and the M and W deals do not apply to NI.

Please note the usual restrictions - e.g. max BM at S is £10, max T PP is £10. As the list has been compiled using MSM, please check - if you are shopping at T or S - that the product is on the website of the competitor you're comparing against and that the price is lower (or the same price).

The Carling and Foster’s 15 in S are on the same multibuy as the Boddington 12x440ml which is cheaper in A. So perhaps mix & match: buy 1x Carling 15 and 1 x Boddington 12 and hope Boddington compares at full price vs A. (Or buy 1x Foster’s 15 and 1 xBoddington 12 and hope the same.)

The list is based on prices correct as of today (except for M, where prices were taken on Wednes. and may have changed, prices vs M however should be valid tomorrow, and probably Xmas Eve too as I doubt whether they'll do a price collection and the data from last Wednes. won't be over 7 days old).

Thank you so much for your hard work and lists. you are a star:j:j

It is a pain isn't it. Does yours moan about the shooting out to the shops for the bargains, and time spent on here. but it does take a lot of time to track the finds and keep up.

Just as well we have here to bargain share, and feel the love:)

Hugs to all those suffering from the terrible flooding......

Just shows if you bother to complain you do get somewhere - complained about bad delivery service to Sparks & Mencer, they sent online gift card which I used on glitchy items - £50 items half price in sale, then glitching so freeeeee xx
I like glitching, I like glitching, I like glitching and I like to glitch.....................:j:j:j
