Don't know if you already know this but, anyone with an iPhone if you double click on the home button it shows all the open apps. If you keep you finger on one for a second or 2, a minus sign appears, just touch all the minus signs to close all apps not wanted. My battery life has gone from 24 hours up to 3 days!!!
The official line is that keeping them open makes no difference but some time ago Skype stopped working for me and I took it to the Apple store. After suggesting all sorts of things I could do, which I had already tried (he asked if I wanted a job in there!!), he double clicked the home button and had a fit at the number of apps open. When we closed them all, Skype started working again, so it does make a difference! I now keep just Skype and Viber open and close the others.0 -
