Nooooo.... my APG is too high. I miscalculated as I try to keep under £15 to avoid trouting

    A v T = £19.05

    1 x ASDA Paracetamol 500mg Caplets (16) £0.19 £0.24
    1 x ASDA Ibuprofen 200mg Caplets (16) £0.28 £0.35
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Sponge Scourers (5) £0.14 £0.19
    3 x Carling (12x440ml) £30.00 £20.00
    1 x Weight Watchers Macaroni Cheese (400g) £2.48 N/A
    1 x Baxters Healthy Chicken & Vegetable Soup (400g) £1.00 £0.66
    1 x Baxters Healthy Minestrone & Wholemeal Pasta Soup ... £1.00 £0.67
    1 x Baxters Healthy Spicy Tomato & Rice with Sweetcorn... £1.00 £0.67
1 x Lenor Infusions Fabric Conditioner Concentrate Gol... £2.28 £1.50
    1 x Impulse Mini Luxuries £5.00 £3.00
    1 x Vaseline Mini Makeup Bag £6.00 £3.66

Comparison total (compared products only) £46.89 £30.94

Last 2 items were in 2 for £8 deal

can i ask, is the soup comparing because of the 3 for £2 multibuy. could do with some soup and squash so thought i could grab both at a,s

EDIT: squash seems to be rectified now i think as all stores sellinf for approx £3.50. let me know if ive got this wrong tho as still trying to learn!
  • Compiling my shopping list - a T v A :D
Got a pan bubbling away with a chicken carcass from Sun to make a chicken stock. May do chicken and sweet corn (Chinese style) soup for tea tonight. Ooh, just remembered its lunch time :D that's why I'm starving!!!

I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find
  • Snowbites scanned at £1 in my local A's

Those scanned at £1 for me yesterday as well
Still bought 2 bags though coz they are yummy :D

I'm getting all in a muddle trying to plan different shops, I think Coke shall def be on my list and Innocent OJ if that's still working as well.
Need to get my concentrating head on and get myself sorted, will be going when OH gets in from work, hoping to take in T's and A's

Is this in T's or A's?!

Can't get to an A's for a couple of days, but can get to a T's :)

And snowbites are gorgeous, have had them from Home bargains in previous years :)

Well I'm not heading out 'til after 4, but be sure to :hello: if you do spy me, I probably wouldn't be difficult to spot actually , I'll be the one continually counting the stuff in my trolley making sure I've got enough items :rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning Everyone,

Thanks for all your kind wishes last week.
The update on OH is that he had a colonoscopy last Thursday (without any sedation or pain killers not his idea but the consultants!) and has had two growths taken away. So we are now waiting for the results and hope that we might hear before Christmas. Fingers crossed.
    Have a good shopping day.

hope it is good news for you

    Good morning all

Please may I join in? I live near a Tesco and Waitrose. There's also a Morrisons, M&S and ASDA 20 mins drive away. I need to be a better shopper and save money. The freezer is full after the Waitrose half price meat a couple of weeks ago.

There are so many pages to read just on this thread so please would one of you kind souls tell me the bargains, thanks x

Welcome :hello: lots of pages but lots of bargains always reported in this thread so it is definitely a worthwhile read :rudolf:
