    Morning all

Barely slept a wink last night, I grind my teeth in my sleep and woke up in absolute agony. I did have a bite guard but when I was living with my mum and dad my brother saw my sparkly red box for it and thought it was something my dad had found at work so threw it out, guard and all!
My dentist said I could only get one free one on NHS so would have to pay over £100 for a new one and at the time I couldn't afford that so left it, mainly because I wasn't in pain but will now have to go back to see if I still have to pay that amount. The worst thing about it is I hate dentists, I only went before because I knew DH would be just outside waiting on me, that and my old one used to knock me out for everything but this new one refuses to. She claims that by doing that it prolongs the fear, I must admit though that the first time I saw her she replaced 7 fillings and I got through it ok :o

Would a mouth guard you can buy from sports shops help?

Just had a quick look at the grabbit board and saw the B&Q thread. Does anyone remember last year when B&Q put all their decs down to 90% off? I got loads of stuff and Clipstrip did too as we use the same store:) Rumour has it that it could possibly be tomorrow so keep your eyes open;)

Some of us get up at that time anyway. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning paw sniffers,

    Obama - I'm watching you:)

Both of my babies home now. Had a wonderful family meal together last night. Loads of washing to do today.

Just was thinking yesterday about someone who used to post on here and I can't remember his name. He was always really good at the quiz but lost his job. Things were tough but his neighbour offered him a job working for him which he accepted and loved. Don't know why I got to thinking of him but can anyone remember his name. It was in the summer I think....

    Have a lovely day everyone:)
