    It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
    The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.

    :o Obviously not PC now :(

    Old King Cole was a merry old soul, and a merry old soul was he;
    He called for his pipe in the middle of the night
    And he called for his fiddlers three.
    Every fiddler had a fine fiddle, and a very fine fiddle had he;
    Oh there's none so rare as can compare
    With King Cole and his fiddlers three.

    Very simple and serve with new pots and sada carrot and parsnip!!!

    Blast the meat on a pan using hot olive oil for 3 mins on very high heat.

    Cut up 3 onions - add to meat and blast the whole lot together

    1 bulb of garlic, salt - get it in there!

    Add two cans of Heinz toms - SADA style

    Add water to cover the meat - just!

    Into low heat oven Gas 1 on rayburn

    4 hours later - enjoy!!
