  • Just enjoying tesco finest top rump casserole OH cooked it
Very simple and serve with new pots and sada carrot and parsnip!!!

Cut up meat into into one inch cubes (imperial only here - everything measured in inches around here;)) throw away any fat- quite a bit thrown away.

Blast the meat on a pan using hot olive oil for 3 mins on very high heat.

Cut up 3 onions - add to meat and blast the whole lot together

1 bulb of garlic, salt - get it in there!

Add two cans of Heinz toms - SADA style

Add water to cover the meat - just!

Into low heat oven Gas 1 on rayburn

    4 hours later - enjoy!!
never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit

It's amazing what you can get done in the dead of night without any distractions and still manage to get all your laundry done later on in the day after you've woken back up again. Reminds me of the odd occasion of late night assignment writing during my university studies days (the first time round, rather than the second, third or fourth). And I had a good sleep and feel just as awake as I was in the middle of the night.

I feel sometimes far more alert in the middle of the night than during the day. And hopefully my aspergers will play up more and produce some excellent info. for you all.

I've got to go now, wrap some presents - probably some of the !!!!!! we've all been buying.

Back later in the week. Byeeeeee....

My best essay was done on a night shift, (Uni was distant learning while working full time), it was supposed to be a sleeping shift but I had a brainwave at midnight, had it printed and ready to post at 6am and got the top mark for it.
Shame it never happened again mind you ;)
