There were two SEL's £5.98 and £11.96, I went through checkout and was charged full price, and that was when the fun began.
Went to CS and assistant manager was called, it said they were different cuts of meat? the ones you have picked up are large joasting joints and pointed to the correct SEL which stated large roasting joints £11.96. I replied they are the same joints, in fact the ones 1/2 price ones were twice as big and still needed to be roasted! The best they could do was to give the joints at 1/2 price, so I was refunded £32.
I posted about the above on this wonderful forum and was advised to phone head office - result a gift card for DTD:T winging its way as we speak :T:T
Give them a call

You lucky thing :j
I've just got back form collecting my 1st ever click & collect order - quite a civilised way of shopping really, however some of my items were OOS and as I selected no subs this made things a bit of a PITA as 1 of the OOS items was the main from a finest meal deal which meant my bill had all the other elements of the deal on there at full price so was ~£9.50 for a meal with no main so I had to send them back too and my collected order ended up looking a bit measly.
I've just entered my details into the PP website as there were some items on there I was hoping to get some money back on (although some of them were the OOS things) & just wondered if someone could tell me whether they will compare the original items ordered as i believe asda do or if its the items on the bill or finally whether it'll just be the items I finally walked away with after returning some of it?
Also I used the £2 off £10 finest online code for the meal deal which I ended up returning and wondered if anyone knew whether they would now take that discount off when they work out my final bill?
TIA
PP comparison should be on what you have actually bought and taken away. If you had substitutions where they only charged you the price of what you had ordered then it may compare the item you ordered. If you return items then it shouldn't compare them.
Whether they take off the meal deal code is pot luck, within their rights as you didn't buy it but you could be lucky.
That's all in theory, in practice who knows. You are entering the code from your order so it may be as well to put the PP in quick before they've had a chance to amend and issue a credit on your account.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Hi and thanks for your response - I totally concur. I have had many run ins with CS at the Flava Flavell. Some of the staff there did not even know what a Mr T Price Porky was. Eventually and after a lot of prompting they decided to scan it to see if it went through! (Obviously it scanned fine).
I am happy to try the APG out on Mr T CS but wondered if there was anything printed that I could bring along with me to the store that identified these were being accepted?0 -
Keep a look out for the ones with out half price stickers in T.
