    Morning paw sniffers,

Off work now until after Christmas. Lovely:)

DD is visiting a friend in York so we're off shopping. Visiting a Waitrose . So excited. There's not many in the north so it's a real treat. Only wish I could have timed it for whoopsies:)

Shocking. You must name and shame this person.

D'you reckon? Is this thread the place for outing heretics? Need to think about this, becuase it could get into a "oh yes he is, oh no he isn't" type scenario which would not be good, not at all. And it could get very messy, just when we are all looking for peace and tranquility.

I will just leave said person to wrestle with their own conscience and send a little pixie dust their way ..... OMG, I bet they don't believe in fairies either

Had a flipping trout of a SA earlier! Found the not-so-half price meat which scanned through at full price. Took it to CS an she tries to convince me that it was the right price. She claimed that the £xx.xx per kg on the label was the reduced price. So I had to drag her to the shelf and he her that she wrong, but she still wasn't having any of it!

Eventually I managed to convince her, but she only refunded me the half price. I mentioned that a "friend" had recently had a similar issue with a tshirt and got double back. Well, as you can guess, she was having none of it! So I got them for half price. Not so bad, but still pee'd off with the silly cow!

Anyone had the same problem and complained to HO and did it do any good?
I had the same problem as you, both beef joints exactly the same (same farmer and herd of cows on the label) finest topside joints. The joints I picked up did not show 1/2 price price, but were in with the joints were stickered as such (mine were £11.96 kg).
There were two SEL's £5.98 and £11.96, I went through checkout and was charged full price, and that was when the fun began.

Went to CS and assistant manager was called, it said they were different cuts of meat? the ones you have picked up are large joasting joints and pointed to the correct SEL which stated large roasting joints £11.96. I replied they are the same joints, in fact the ones 1/2 price ones were twice as big and still needed to be roasted! The best they could do was to give the joints at 1/2 price, so I was refunded £32.

I posted about the above on this wonderful forum and was advised to phone head office - result a gift card for DTD:T winging its way as we speak :T:T

    Give them a call ;)

Not sure if you've done your shop or not but it is very unlikely that the APG will recognise the BOGOF in T

Most likely it will appear as N/A on the comparison

Thanks for that - I had already been shopping (checked my apg this morning and didn't get anything) but i did get £42 worth of shopping for £17 after vouchers :D

also when A compared to M on Muller yoghurts it compared at 60p each (I bought 10) - I thought they were on offer at M?

  • Good Morning everyone,

Hope you are all safe and well.

The roads and pavements are like ice rinks, so poor doggies are not having their morning walk.

Take care when out and about this morning xxx
