Was going out anyway so had a quick look in my T. These are value sleeping bags and only measure 70 x 180 so only suitable for kids and not for cold weather IMHO. Probably OK for sleepovers. Didn't bother myself as no use for them HTH:)
Thanks. I shall have a look out for these since I want to make window quilts over Christmas (was mentioned in a recent e-mail from Martin) and they might be just what I need at a very cheap price!0 -

I got 2x FF and a LOB. I've just read that the !!!!!! won't work, but I thought it was the LOB that was the trigger. Is that right!? Hope I haven't just wasted my money.
LOB with two ff does work.0 -

I was overcharged on whoopsied flowers last night and CS only gave me the difference, saying that the policy is different on reduced items. It's a new store and no DTD notice so I didn't argue. HO rang in response to an e-mail and while she did try to support the store's point of view (though got mixed up and did say as well that it was lack of training), she put extra clubcard points on my account as it was too small an amount to post out a giftcard. I'm v happy with that!
Got very excited about a possible DTD with gammon but someone  had put oak smoked gammon with the half price ones so I simply returned them. I'd looked so hard to check they were the right ones too!0 -
Bought a finest meal deal this afternoon, used 2 finest coupons at self scan, so got it for £6. But - stupid mistake - didnt buy enough items for pp. So we'll never know :rotfl::hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:0

Morning all
Not posted here since all the jjj & henlans trouble but have had a look over the last few days & seems to have got back to normal :T. So I hope you don't mind if I join in again
I managed to get some Ts mags yesterday & just wondering the best way to use the finest coupons, would they scan if I got the Ts finest gammon if the cost was over £10 before the half price discount? Would love to get a few to give to family to help them out for Xmas but can't afford to pay over £3-£4 each
It was me who posted that this works! And I am not telling porkies! I think all the people who said this would not work were just guessing?
The till sees the original price as far as the finest vouchers are concerned. I bought a joint for just over £10 and it accepted two vouchers since it saw the original price of just over £20. I don't know that it would work with a £5 joint, but you could try and if it doesn't, just return it. (You can always say OH texted you to say he had just got one if they ask why.) Or buy the bigger joint and cut it in half to give to family, though that may reduce the use by date?
The key is to keep the price as near multiples of £5 as possible, to get the maximum benefit of the vouchers. (So a £15 joint would preumably accept three vouchers since the original price was £30.)0 -
