sorry, but have I missed something?
If you paid £8 and they think £12 then you get £4 back plus 10%.....how does that make it 96p each????

Sorry my finger slipped on my calculator. It's actually £1.44 and a half pence each. 289/2. We're talking about getting a single Dove Fresh Indulgence Pink - not showing multibuy on MSM so comparing £6 vs T's £4 - and buying with it the Vaseline Mini Make Up Set - which should mix and match in store (as 2 for £8) but work out £6 vs T's price on the Vaseline set of £3.66. Total £6+£6 (although hopefully you paid 2 for £8) vs £4.00 + £3.66 (Dove Indulgence Pink and Vaseline bag). APG should refund from £12 to 10% less than £7.66 = around £5.11 in APG. You only paid £8, so £8 minus £5.11 = £2.89 divided by 2 = about £1.44 per item.

I keep getting sidetracked on here today,so given up on working for today and going to wrap pressies instead:)And just done my good deed for the day by taking two huge bags of stuff to the charity shop(I usually think I'll do it then don't and it ends up going to the tip:eek::eek:) so feeling all pleased with myself, especially when the lady in there was so grateful and said they're hardly getting anything at the moment:(

i took to my local charity shop few weeks back and there was a van parcked up outside it advertising they buy clothes 50p per kilo:eek: the ladys in shop were so upset , i thought it was awfull for them to do that , ,

i know the clothes got to other people in need but not before people have sifered through it to find the good stuff and sell for profit them selfs,

I was in a rush to get home for sons nap so grabbed them for DH to have a look and see which ones im returning back. I have a list if anyone is interested. Some are good and some not so.

Im a proper bargain hunter and use to be a financial planner when i lived in Australia. But now happy as stay at home mum and saving us money with the elite :)

:rotfl: No-ones ever commented on the buses but I once overloaded the pushchair and it fell over! That got a few looks! Luckily DD was unharmed. My shopping trolley comes with me when I shop without her. It has a name too (Roben after the Dutch footballer) :rotfl:
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79

    I just got fifa 12 for 98p

I overheard 2 staff talking about the games and one said that he had over 30 that he's not gonna bother playing, he only got them to add to his collection :(

How selfish. I can't understand people like that.

If his goes the same way my good deed did yesterday you won't need to go back to morries lol. I picked up some 3ds games wasn't sure what hubby would like and so far he has "tested" most of them and is keeping them all, way we looked at it is if he plays them for 6 months or so and then I sell them when he is bored of them and prob still get back more than the 98p they cost.

Can't understand the wrong comments about people getting these games I don't work but that's because I have 3 kids and don't get any benefits but just can't afford to pay for someone to look after kids so I can work. If someone doesn't get to a shop til 7 hrs afte a deal starts think how many hundreds/thousands of people have been thru that store before them even evey person in that town on lunch break even. Moan over

Good luck with your bump. So close to Xmas hope all goes well for you
