  • Right I've only watched the first ten mins on itv player because there's no one else in the office yet - but what a cutie you are Shrimpy! The other lady seems a bit annoying to me so far *sniffs*

Those heels are ridiculous Dinah, a clever display of the physics of balance I guess but.... And you'd be gutted if you'd paid full price for them wouldn't you! 80% off!!

Hi everyone! Sorry I've been a bit lack in posting. Been really busy with work (been given about 7 hours overtime a week) trying to keep up but I get baffled with who's saying what on my phone!

Massive huuuge congrats to Shrimpy though. I agree with everyone else, you're stunning :D Laura and I were yelling answers at the tele and cheering you on. Gutted no one got a "?" though, I like them! Very happy you have the house keys too!

Congrats to your OH's Auntie too soon, Birdie. The B&B looks amazing :)

    Hope everyone's doing well!

Hello everyone - and thank you all! You've such a bloody lovely bunch :o No-one in RL can believe I kept it secret as I'm such a blabbermouth usually! Although with so much going on last year I was starting to worry that people thought I was some sort of fantastist :o

I don't know what I found more flabbergasting about those shoes, the design, the 'sale' price or the original price! Woweee!

Has anyone had any more snow? We had some sleety stuff yesterday but nothing today - its super duper cold though! We are still living at the old house until the rewire is done but have stupidly taken down the curtains so its freeeezing!

When did you actually film it Shrimpy? What are you doing with the winnings? :)

No snow for us, supposed to be really freezing and snowy tomorrow though. Fed up of being cold, wearing a sneaky extra layer today and I'm just about warm enough!

I filmed it back on November 13th (unlucky for some! Not a Friday though). As it happens, our mortgage offer was reduced after our offer on the house was accepted (the offer was based on OH's past earnings, which included a lot of overtime, but his company couldn't confirm it would continue) so the money just bridged that gap basically. Very lucky timing!

I've had our fan heater on full blast for about an hour and I'm still cold! Don't tell Martin! ;)

I caught up with tipping point today as was off work with an ill child and OH. Was fab, you did so well and you are very pretty :D. That is good it helped with the mortgage.

Poor OH had a big dentist bill today as had an emergency appointment and needs more treatment next week. Will scupper the wedding savings a bit but better he is not in pain!

That is such good timing Shrimpy! About time you had some great luck like that! :)

Ouch for your OH Wendz, hate anything to do with teeth so always feel super sorry for people suffering. :) Shame about the big bill though. :(

I'm so glad it's Friday, been a long week! Off to the cinema tomorrow night with OH and some friends but otherwise having a chill-out as OH is ill, the poor bairn! I really need to catch up with my dejunking too as I've fallen behind again and I really want to hit the target! :)

Photos and video of Gracie on FB yesterday were very cute!

Wonder if this promised snow will actuallly arrive today? :)

Shrimpy, that's awesome! Really glad that it came at just the right time. I had a little look at your gorgeous self on catch up last night. Congratulations, you did so well :T

It's a bit of a dull format for a game show though, isn't it? I felt like you were humouring Ben Shephard a bit :D Still, I wouldn't complain if I won!

I think I'd only be tempted to go on Pointless which I *love*, but the jackpot isn't big enough to assuage my fears about going on TV and making a tit of myself :o

Phew, I'm glad it's Friday too! I'm meeting some friends for 'cocks' (which it gets abbreviated to in texts!) and dinner after work, then gym tomorrow morning, followed by guilty-pleasure afternoon cinema trip. I've got to go to a workshop on Sunday morning at 9.30 - which seems cruel and unusual to me!

The photos of Grace enjoying snow and baking were SO cute! I can't believe she'll be one soon. What a crazy year it must have been for you guys...

Big hello to everyone else! Have a great weekend in Edinburgh, Lara and yay that you survived all your deadlines!

How much does it have to snow before I can legitimately run for home? Haven't had a sniff of a snow day yet...

As soon as it settles on the road then I reckon you can head home Tete! :)

    I hope Lara's doing well today! :)

I agree with you about Tipping Point Poddle, it doesn't really need to be a full hour. :p I'd rather go on The Chase or Pointless but I don't think I'd be in with a chance of winning either! :o
