Carl Lewis Treadmill

Options
I bought a Carl Lewis Treadmill, from their website, 5 months ago, it worked fine for 2 months but developed a fault.

I called them and they told me, they would replace it.

That was 6 weeks ago…So I gave them a call, they said, they don’t have carrier as their contract has expired? And will let me know in a few months, if there is a change!!!

What can I do about this? I paid £500 for something that worked for only 8 weeks! :(

Many Thanks

Colin

Did you pay for it on a credit card - you may be able to claim from them though not sure of the ins and outs, maybe others can advise.

Its called a chargeback-contact your creditcard company. In addition you might want to look at companies house website-do a webcheck to see if there seems to be any problems with the company.

Did you have it pointing in the direction of, or away from, the nearest chemist? This could have affected its performance.
