How long to wait for seller to reply.

Never had this situation before.
Won an item (phone) on eBay on Monday. Sent seller a message about having it sent by signed for/registered, no response. Sent further messages and waited, no response. Requested contact details for seller from eBay on friday and sent sms to mobile number (via cbfsms.com) asking to reply to mails, nothing.
How long do you think I should wait before filing a non-performing seller complaint? Final listing said seller should contact normally within 3 business days and nothing on listing indicated that he/she was away/on holiday/etc.

First of all, have a look and see if they are active, (i.e. Not on their Hollybobs) What is their account doing? Is it active? are they listing items? Are they leaving feedback? The MSE Dictionary

Account activity is v low.
Just checked my email and nothing, but found 1 email from them sent yesterday had been dumped into the spam box, so at least they are around. Will update if necessary, thanks for reply.0 -

it may not be the case but think of this... the seller could be ill... the seller could have been in an accident... the seller could have lost someone close to them and not have even thought about their ebay sales... it can be really frustrating but these things can happen to anyone and it doesn't necessarily mean that the seller is being ignorant!!!

The saga continues....
Finally got a final agreed price on 19/04 and sent off my cheque (no other options except cash), seller confirmed check cleared on 30/04 and they would post 4/5. Email on 5/5 stated they had been ill and would send 9/5 Item arrived within a couple of days, wrapped in two A4 envelopes and posted as standard post, not even signed for let alone the registered I had asked for and thought I had paid for (£4.25), postage on it was £1.17 as I recall (will check later).
With the length of time on this transaction, I had forgotten exactly what I had paid for. Only when I received an email from the seller asking if I received the item, did I review the listing as I went to use eBay to reply to her. Missing was the original box, cable and software.
So fired off a quick message via eBay, pointing out how I disappointed I was about the packaging, postage type and asking about the missing items, whether they could be sent to me. A reply received a day later states "Can send original box if you really need but the size/weight of it increases postage charge". They listed it, I paid for it as listed, I'd have asked to reduce costs by dumping the box, but I didn't.0
