Virgin Experience Days???

I searched the forum but couldn't find any help.

Has any one used Virgin experience days?

Are they any good?

Is it easy to use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

We've got a hot air balloon trip due this year, seem nice and easy to use so far. We have had to rebook it a few times due to adverse weather, but even still that's easy enough to do.
