Triban 3 is a wee cracker! I got it based on weight and price (and the French accent of the sales guy!!) have done 1000 miles on it and only 1 puncture! Just discovered my brother (who researches forever) has got same one!! He's a bit gutted that he's copied me inadvertently
Lucy you. I have one on a cycle to work scheme and have had 2 punctures in 50 miles! However, great bike though, love it to bits. You have to spend at least £700 to get the same spec else where.Edible geranium0 -
Hi .. After a bit thought and a damn good look round ive narrowed it down tooooooo
a gaint defy 2 ( and my minds gone a blank on the price of this bike ) or
cannondale synapse.. ive been offered this bike at a certain shop for 620 or
Merida ( cant remember if it had a name but had the 105 set up on it. aprrox 600
I have a giant defy and can thoroughly recommend it but the other two are fine bikes as well. Have you ridden any of them yet?0 -

I had a test ride of the gaint and thought it was spot on , i am going for a go of the other two at the week.. so i will rport back thenR.I.P Sam, still in my heart0 -
Defy all the way - especially if you have already ridden it and like it.
I am hoping to get a Defy composite in the spring - can't wait !0 -
