I had the exact same thing - got the card through the door on Saturday but obviously with the Post Office being closed in the afternoon I could only get it today. I had to pay extra postage and a handling fee - £3.60 total. Wouldn't have bothered if I had known it was this! Some freebie! :mad:0 -
Has anyone heard anything back or received a refund? I was charged £5.60, have emailed to ask how to get my money back and had no reply

No refund here and no reply from the company 0 -
I posted on their Facebook page an hour or so ago and just had it refunded into my paypal
