Received my paper today...a bit battered as it was just in an envelope and postie rammed it thro the letterbox!
Many thanks to OP :T0 -
Well chaps, I got a Royal Mail card through the door telling me I have to pay £3.60 extra for a package. At the sorting office they showed it to me: it was this recycled paper, with just a 1st Class Large stamp on it. I'm sorry to say that the product was not worth paying the extra postage on. (£2.60 + £1.00 PO fee).
Hope this is an isolated case!
Cheers - Jono

We apologise unreservedly for a recent offer which has left a number of our users dissatisfied. There were a batch of printer papers which were sent with the incorrect postage and as a consequence has resulted in some people having to pay extra postage upon delivery. This faux pas has been addressed internally and the issue will never happen again with any of our products - we will be advising all merchants about this matter in future. The issue arose from a genuine misunderstanding and measures have now been taken to remedy the matter. If people could be so kind as to provide proof of extra payment to accounts@offerfeast.com and a reimbursement will be issued; please highlight to us the extent of any damaged goods upon delivery and we shall make a judgement as to whether we should redistribute to those affected by this. We are dreadfully sorry for this incident occurring and sincerely hope that relations with our clients are not affected as a consequence; should anyone wish to discuss the matter with a member of our staff then we will take calls on 020 8144 2639, we have a skeleton staff service operating over the Christmas period 2012, there is an answer machine for busy times and unmanned hours, so please leave a message and we will be able to call you back. When calling, if our phone lines are unmanned, please leave your email address on our answer machine along with any message so we may address the difficulty electronically to resolve. Our staff have been working extremely hard to bring you a forward-thinking sales and purchasing platform where businesses control their own offers and incredibly decent offers are made available; we sincerely regret this faux pas and unreservedly apologise. The operation is inexorably sorry for those who have been affected.0

Not received mine yet
Received a card from the delivery office today saying I have £5.40 to pay for the parcel.
The paper was certainly not sent out next day as promised and the incorrect postage was paid. Think I will be giving this company a miss in the future. If it sounds too good to be true .....
Has anyone received a refund for their postage costs?0 -
I was also charged £5.40 to be able to get my parcel - and had to pick it up from the depot. Thanks to the advice on this thread I've just emailed them now and hopefully I'll get a refund. Thanks for sharing info!0

I was charged £5.60 for an underpayment on the postage - I was away over Christmas so only paid the charge last week & had it delivered today. Obviously I would not have paid that amount if I had known it was just for a package of crumpled paper... I have emailed them, so hopefully will hear from them soon about a refund!0
