Hi guys been really really silly and wish i could turn the hands of time back, i made a bad mistake, i was finding it hard when i was finnishing at 7:30pm which was 1 in ever 3 weks for a week, i clocked out about 7:12pm to try and make it for the buseses as they are hard to catch after, the bad thing i did was put 7:30pm on the time sheet which as they say is against the hand book, i work in retail, i had my investigation yesterday and they are giving me 1 next week with 2 different people, i am guessing i maybe sacked which i hope and pray i dont as this is december and i have been with the company 11 years and this is the only job i have ever had, if i get sacked, what can i do? what will i say about going for jobs etc? do i go straight to the job centre or citizens advice etc? can i claim anything in the meantime if i were sacked from work to help with my bills, i also have debs which i pay £160 a month now to all 3 of them?? scare and stuped what i did???

If you have been employed 11 years they may be willing to take that into account if they take any action. Especially if you have not been in trouble before.
My last employer had me by the balls for GM, and threw the book at me. However because I had been in trouble before they only.gave key a written warning, I was there 10 years. They had every right to sack me there and , but didn't.
I asked them to take into account my length of.service and my clean record, which they did.
Hope that helps you in some way.MoneySpendingExpert0 -

After reading that thread I would be supposed if you kept your job. A few times recently I could see them being lenient, bit a years worth is a bit harder to get away with.MoneySpendingExpert0 -
