No I dont even think she has me listed as living here, she wont let me pay towards any bills, Ive been in touch with council who told me that we would get more if she was .
But I never see any letters from the council to her so they maybe are asking her questions she isnt answering.
She has had me removed from the electoral register even.
What is that all about?0 -
If you are still living in your marital home and that is your legal address I do not understand how you can be removed from the electorol list.
I think you should inform the electorol office that you are still living at that address.0 -
Yes - your IB claim address hasn't changed, so there is some evidence. Ensure that CSA know that you still live in the same house as there will be no liability towards her even though your liability would only be a fiver per week if you did live apart.0

Both NRP and PWC can be resident at the same address, and there still be a legitimate case.
If the Benefits Agency are aware of the situation, and happy to pay Income Support to the PWC, if both parties agree that they are living separately under one roof, the CSA accept that when some relationships break down, it's not always possible/ affordable for one party to leave the joint home.
Not saying that this is the case here, just clearing up a point.0 -

Thats whats odd Ive contacted CSA as they are taking £5 off me anyway. I asked why as we are at same address they said they'd investigate?
they arent very quick are they? well except when it comes to getting money off you.0 -
I had a case like this last year and it was determined that as neither parent was non-resident, then there was no case to answer and the CSA case closed.0
