Actually, that's not a bad idea. Rather than money why not tell the developer what property you would like them to buy you instead? But sheesh, don't be afraid to make a profit - why comparable? (ie. no net improvement for you) - you may as well not move then. Find a nice 3 bed you'd like. All the best.0 -
3 beds where I live are about £200k+!!0
