fake ugg boots rip-off, HELP!

Hi,
I have been sold a fake pair of Ugg boots from a website which claimed they were genuine, please can you help me get a full refund.

The website I purchased the Ugg boots from was, advertised on Facebook as ''genuine ugg boots'', also on their website they have the ''ugg boots Australia'' logo and when you hover over their title on their website, the display reads ''genuine ugg boots''.

When I recieved the boot they came in a ugg boot box, however they did not come with any tags, and a ugg boot certificate, which comes with genuine ugg boots. I was concerned about whether the boots were real, and I worn them once and a single stone made a hole in the sole and the sole looked worn and uneven even after being worn just 1 time, and they have not been worn since. I went into a genuine Ugg store to compare the ugg I had purchased with genuine uggs, the genuine boots had a different coloured fur lining, they were heavier and had a much more solid sole. I therefore checked the website for any contact details, but only an email address was provided. I emailed the company, asking for a full refund as I knew the uggs were fake. I recieved this email back from the company ''the boots is real , pls keep them''. I therefore emailed them back saying i knew that the uggs were not real and demanded a refund. The company replied with ''the quality is good , pls keep it , and if you need new one , the price can be cheap , or we can try to refund you 10 pounds''.
Please can you advise me on how to get a refund?
Many thanks

    What website?
I know you cannot post links, but use your imagination... use the word 'dot' instead of a fullstop.

If the seller is not based in Europe, you may well find it difficult to get a refund.

    How much were they ?

Did the price not make you think they could be fake ?

    Now the helpfull bit.

Take said boots to a UGG retailer and get them to put on headed paper. Their opinion of them.
Then you need to get a returns address from the site. Could be fun and if they don't provide one do not worry.
You then need to contact your card provider. I hope you used Visa. (mastercard, you will need to check with the provider for advice)
Ask to speak to the disputes department.
You are going to have to fill some paperwork in and return it to them.
What you are looking at is a kind of chargeback. In effect because you want to return the goods, but the retailer won't provide this. (Pre Compliance is how its termed)
They are breaking the Visa regulations. Getting something from a retailer stating the quality of the goods just helps the cause.
Never ASSUME anything its makes a

Something even more helpful. If it's cheap, it's a fake - if it even turns up.........
