1. The Promoter is SOHO Wine Co located at 81 Shelley Beach Rd, Herne Bay, Auckland, New Zealand.
2. The Promotional Period is 8.00am (NZT) Friday 23 November 2012 to 5pm (NZT) Monday 17 December 2012.
3. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
4. Entry is open to residents of the following countries: New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and USA. Entrants must be of legal drinking age in their country of residence.
5. Entrants must complete all required fields on the online entry form and ‘like’ SOHO Wine Co on Facebook to qualify for entry. Failure to complete the entry completely and correctly will
render the entry invalid.
6. The Promoter and their employees and contractors, and their immediate families or any of the persons and entities set out above and associated agencies of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
7. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries.
8. The winners will be drawn from all valid entries on Tuesday 18 December 2012 at SOHO Wine Co located at 81 Shelley Beach Rd, Herne Bay, Auckland, New Zealand.
9. All winners will be contacted by Facebook.
10. The promotion consists of one (1) prize. The first entry drawn will receive a 6 pack of SOHO wine, including 2 x bottles of SOHO McQueen Pinot Noir 2011, 2 x SOHO Stella Sauvignon Blanc 2012 and 2 x SOHO Jagger Pinot Gris 2012.
