Switching suppliers
Hi,
Why does it take so much time to switch supply? I am on a 6 month private lease and have been trying to get scottish power and gas since aug.
I receive emails telling me the electricity is sorted and I pay monthly. I then receive email telling me gas is now being supplied and they are setting up my web login. Then I call them and the account is pending!!!
Very peed off and frustrated - anyone got any tips to speed it up, or had similar problems?
