Cant find insurers who insure houses near subsidance

Hi all,
I live in a house in an area where theres is subsidance according to my home buyers report, and Norwich Union are the only company i can find who will insure me, but it costs loads this year.
Anyone got any ideas of anywhere else that insures houses near subsidance please?
