can anyone help I bank with Nationwide and they recieved my letter with the cheque requesting a list of all our charges for the last six years. They have cashed the cheque and when I spoke to the bank they informed me that they had 40 days in which to provide me with this information.
Is this 40 working days or 40 days as they recieved my letter on the 10/3/2007 which if it is 40 days then I have not recieved the information in the timescales stated by themselves or if it is 40 working days then they still have a week
