has anyone had any results from using the report buyer function next to feedback, because the things l sell are personalised when someone buys one l need a name for the recipient and the name of who its from, lt also says on my auction page this item can not be sent without these details so please leave a message in paypal checkout or ebay messages, nearly everyone does this with the exception of a few who l message after a couple of days, lve had a buyer who didnt leave these details so l sent her a message, she didnt reply so sent another one a few days later same result, sent 4 messages altogether then sent another one yesterday and got this today, when will l get my item its beyond a joke youve had my money long enough and various other abuse then she sends another one with the names she wants and further abuse, looks at my feedback and shes left negative saying she never got the item, so just wondered if theres any point in using the report buyer function or should l just leave it
