How much for Fencing?

Hi

Would someone mind giving me a rough idea of how much fencing costs (supplied and fitted) for approx. a 6ft x 5ft fence panel. Just a plain fence ... nothing fancy ... Many Thanks .. :)

  • As you wanted it supplied and fitted , it would probably be best to ring someone in your area that does this.

  • 6X5 panels run at about £12-14 at Wickes, but they're having a lot of problems getting hold of them. Ring up for fitting quotes. Just to replace a panel, I'd charge £15. To put 2 posts and a panel in, about £40. But ring round. Get a personal recommendation if you can.

B4 my son would quote for any fencing job he would go along with a crow bar to test the ground and if a new fence asks for plans of services etc...got caught out once with rocky ground when he first started so now takes no risks..
